Designed for a new generation of New Yorkers, 255 East 77th Street, developed by Naftali Group with architecture by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, draws from the proportions and details that give the Upper East Side its distinct character. Rather than recreating the past, the design acknowledges its character through familiar proportions, architectural detailing, and carefully considered materials, reinterpreting them for contemporary life.
