Designed as an opulent adult playground, The Pinky Ring immerses guests in an atmosphere reminiscent of a 1970s private penthouse party. Influenced by the Rat Pack, Sammy Davis Jr., Silk Sonic, and cinematic music video lighting, The Pinky Ring offers a glimpse into Bruno Mars’s imagination, high on drama yet never flashy.

Our studio was entrusted by Bruno Mars to design the interiors, lighting, branding, and styling of this alluring establishment. As a conduit to his vivid imagination, our teams seamlessly translated his cinematic concepts into a fully sensorial experience.

On Tour

Guests are guided through a journey that begins with a circular screen façade, protecting them from the glare and sound of the casino. Upon entry, they are drawn into another world through a dimly lit mirrored passageway that features Bruno Mars’s Grammy Award collection.

Inspired by contemporary museum design, we shaped the corridor as an exhibition space where guests can reset their visual palette after leaving the casino floor. At the heart of The Pinky Ring, a sunken conversation pit awaits, perfect for circling, socializing, seeing, and being seen.

Perpetual Allure

The design draws inspiration from music videos to make guests feel and look stage ready. We balanced low level contrast, and accent lighting to create a sultry ambiance. The most striking illumination appears in the VIP champagne room, where mirrors and simple sconces refract light to create layered reflections across the space.

Realized Vision

The Pinky Ring is both a metaphorical and literal reflection of Bruno Mars’ style, translated into a physical experience. A lavish venue with a star studded guest list, that balances glamour with substance. It has been featured in Wallpaper*, Dezeen, and was recognized as Interior Design’s Project of the Year.
